EA Sports has announced a new list of Icons and Heroes to be included in FC Mobile 25. This announcement also includes some of the most notable names in football history, such as Gianluigi Buffon, Gareth Bale, and Lilian Thuram, as Icons. In addition, ten more Heroes will join the game, along with some notable heroes like Eden Hazard and Jamie Carragher.
This game will gradually put in these football icons over time so as to deepen the already existing star-studded FC Mobile 25 game lineup. The update introduces a number of retired professionals who have had considerable club and international contributions.
Gianluigi Buffon, Gareth Bale, and Lilian Thuram have now been introduced as the latest Icons in the FC Mobile 25. Having retired in 2023 after a final season with Parma, Buffon is recognized for his World Cup victory with Italy and his Serie titles totaling 10 with Juventus.
Bale, a winger from Wales known for his speed and precision, won four Champions League titles at Real Madrid, before hanging his boots last year. Additionally, Thuram, a strong defender returns after a long time, the Frenchman was key in the World Cup victory in 1998 and EURO 2022 victory.
On top of the icons, EA Sports has added 11 new heroes to FC Mobile 25, combining both attacking and defensive top talents from across the world of football. Famous Chelsea and Belgium player Eden Hazard is one of them. He earned a spot in this season’s Hero Lineup for his ability to tackle defenders and bring opportunities to score.
In the list also is the Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher who is known for his leadership in the defense and strong tackling. His inclusion is an added advantage on the defense in FC Mobile 25.
Other heroes worth mentioning include Jaap Stam, the Dutch central defender who played a key role for Manchester United during the treble-winning season, and Yaya Touré, the Ivorian midfielder who comes back as a Hero. Touré provided a great presence in the midfield, which led Manchester City to win the first league title after a 44-year drought.
The roster also includes Brazilian wingback Maicon, American goalkeeper Tim Howard and Spanish midfielder Guti. All of them have their skills that show their styles of play in their professional careers, giving more options to fans to equip their teams.
