Four things reach us, and it helps if you say which one you are sending.
One address reaches all four: advertising@thecoinrise.com, or message us on Telegram. It reads @thecoinrise.com because this site is published by TheCoinrise Media — who owns what is set out here. The desks behind that address stay separate: a commercial enquiry does not decide coverage, and a tip is never passed to sales.
We got something wrong
Send the URL, the sentence, and something checkable that shows what the correct position is. Put “Correction” in the subject. See how corrections work.
Something we should be covering
Filings, on-chain movements, exchange notices, anything with a document behind it. We are more use to you with a source than with a rumour.
Placements and advertising
Read the terms first — they are firm — then tell us the project, the format and the timing.
Rights and takedowns
Set out the grounds specifically. “We would rather this were not published” is not one; a demonstrable inaccuracy is, and we will fix it fast.
Press releases sent as tips do not get published as articles. If you want your announcement on the site, that is a placement, and it will be labelled as one.
What to expect
Corrections are prioritised over everything else, because an error sitting uncorrected costs a reader more than a slow reply costs you. Pitches are read; most do not get an answer, and that is not a comment on the project.
Before you write
If it is a correction, include something we can check. If it is a placement, the terms are non-negotiable and worth reading first.
