The business attributed this decline to the difficult macroeconomic environment and the switch to the new Forrester Decisions platform. The company’s advising, consultancy, and events divisions all saw a 4% decline in sales and a decline in contract value. Interestingly, Q1 2024 revenues dropped from $113.7 million in Q1 2023 to $100.1 million.
