CoinDesk and CryptoBriefing both report RedotPay’s completed audit, but disagree on whether the company’s US IPO has been pushed to 2027.
“There has been no deferral of our IPO,” a RedotPay spokesperson told CoinDesk in emailed comments.
The listing was originally slated for 2026, but has been pushed back to at least 2027.
What would settle it: RedotPay’s own public statement on listing date or its eventual SEC registration filing
RedotPay is targeting a valuation of more than $5 billion, according to a person familiar with the matter.
The company initially targeted a raise of more than $1 billion at a valuation exceeding $4 billion, with JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Jefferies reportedly advising on the deal.
What would settle it: RedotPay’s IPO prospectus or underwriter term sheet, if made public
Treat the completion of RedotPay’s financial audit and its 8.5 million user figure as established; do not treat the IPO timing or exact target valuation as settled until RedotPay or a regulatory filing states it directly.
